RETURNING ITEMS

Our policy, complying with current legislation is grants the customer the right to return any item purchased shop.eduardcastillo.com within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To return an order you must write to devoluciones@eduardcastillo.com informing the reason for return, and you will receive a registration number to include in the package label. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

To cancel a order please send an e-mail to info@eduardcastillo.com as soon as possible. Therefore you will receive a cancellation number.
If your cancellation arrives before the departure of the goods, the customer will not have any expenses.
